(Albuquerque) The attorney for murder suspect Diazien Hossencofft told a judge Wednesday that Girly Hossencofft was seen alive five days after she disappeared. The statement came as Hossencofft was sentenced to a year behind bars for violating the restraining order filed by Ms. Hossencofft on January 25, 1999.
As for the alleged siting of Girly Hossencofft after her disappearance, Assistant District Attorney Paul Spiers told the Albuquerue Journal, “If somebody claims to have seen Girly Hossencofft alive (after her reported disappearance), it’s a well-intentioned case of mistaken identity.”
